We buy the house as it is, so there are no repairs, no cleaning, and no showings, just one visit so we can see the home. There are no commissions or fees, and we pay the closing costs on a direct sale.
If your home is ready to move into and you aren’t in a hurry, listing on the open market usually brings in the most money. We’ll tell you plainly if that’s your best move.
