Why we do this

Homeowners hear two answers. There are more.

Most people are told to list with an agent, or sell to an investor for less than the house is worth. But most people don’t fit neatly into either box.

Inheritance, divorce, a job move, or just wanting life to be simpler: every situation is different, and each one deserves its own plan.

Our goal isn’t to buy your house. It’s to help you find the best way forward, whether that’s selling to us, listing, or keeping the home.

A recent closing

35 years of put-off repairs. One clean walk-away.

  1. The situation

    The house had 35 years of put-off repairs, and it had become more of a problem than these homeowners wanted to handle.

  2. What they needed

    Two things: a solution for the house, and a place to go next.

  3. What we did

    We bought it without it ever being listed: no showings, no repairs. They sold it as it was, on a closing date that fit their move, not ours. Then we helped them find a rental for the next step.

  4. How it ended

    At closing in September, they left it all behind and simply walked away, with a rental lined up.
